Overview
Neon and Mega pets are prestige versions of four (or sixteen) same pets aged up. Beginners burn money on potions without a plan, then panic-trade unfinished projects.
This guide covers a calm aging workflow and how it ties into fair trading. For shop deliveries and values, use Mystery Market Adopt Me listings alongside community value sense — never rush.

Steps
- 1
Confirm you own four matching pets
Neons need four of the same pet (same type). Megas need four neons of that pet (sixteen originals total). Count carefully before you open potion packs.
- 2
Age with a routine, not chaos
Equip the pet, complete tasks/needs, and use aging potions when you are actively playing so minutes are not wasted AFK without progress. Track which of the four is closest to Fully Grown.
- 3
Fuse only when ready
Follow the in-game neon/mega machine flow when all required pets are Fully Grown. Fusing early is not possible — do not trust “skip neon” scam sites.
- 4
Trade finished products carefully
Finished neons/megas attract overpay scams and underpay pressure. Use value sense, decline weird middlemen, and never share account passwords.
Tips
- Age during events if bonuses apply — check current game rules.
- Keep ride/fly potions separate in your mental budget from aging potions.
- Screenshot offers before accepting big trades.
- Our Adopt Me trading tips guide pairs well with this one.
FAQ
- Can I neon different pets together?
- No. Neon/Mega crafting requires matching pet types as the game defines them.
- Do codes give free megas?
- Adopt Me codes, when active, usually give smaller rewards — not free mega legendaries. Treat codes as extras.
