We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., Uplift Games (Adopt Me), Nikilis or other Murder Mystery 2 rights holders, Gamer Robot (Blox Fruits), or any other game developer, publisher, or platform operator.

References to games, experiences, items, characters, or brands on the Service are for identification and descriptive purposes only. They do not imply partnership, licensing, or approval from the rights holders.

2. Trademarks and copyrights

"Roblox" and the Roblox logo are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. "Discord", "Nitro", and related marks are trademarks of Discord Inc. Game titles, logos, item names, artwork, and other assets displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

Item thumbnails, wiki images, and similar media may originate from community wikis, fan sources, or publicly available references. We use such material only to help buyers identify items they may purchase. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Service infringes your rights, see Section 6 (Copyright / DMCA).

3. Virtual items, gift links, and real-world money

The Service facilitates payment for coordination of in-game trades of virtual items and, where offered, instant delivery of digital subscription gift links (such as Discord Nitro). Virtual items and gift links have no intrinsic real-world value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for cash from Roblox, Discord, or us except as expressly described in our refund policy. Prices reflect market demand and operational costs, not official valuations from any publisher or platform.

Discord Nitro and similar subscription gift links sold on the Service are third-party reseller inventory. They are not sold, issued, or authorized by Discord Inc. and do not imply partnership with Discord.

4. Roblox Terms of Use and game rules

Roblox's Terms of Use, Community Standards, and individual experience rules may restrict or prohibit trading virtual items for real-world consideration or through third-party services. Developers may change tradability, rollback trades, or remove items at any time.

You use the Service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for compliance with Roblox rules and applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for account warnings, suspensions, permanent bans, item rollbacks, anti-cheat actions, or any other enforcement by Roblox or game developers.

5. Discord Terms and gift links

Discord's Terms of Service, Paid Services Terms, and gift-link policies govern how Nitro and other subscriptions may be redeemed, transferred, or revoked. Discord may cancel invalid, expired, or improperly obtained gift links at any time.

You use subscription gift links at your own risk. We are not liable for Discord account actions, failed redemption, revoked subscriptions, regional restrictions, or changes to Nitro features. Verify that a listing is full Nitro (not Nitro Basic or a trial) before purchase.

6. No warranties from rights holders

Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., and game developers do not warrant the Service, our listings, delivery methods, or any item's or subscription's future availability, rarity, or in-game value. Game updates, economy changes, server outages, and moderation decisions can affect items after delivery. We do not guarantee that any item will remain tradable, retain value, or continue to exist in-game.

7. Copyright / DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• Identification of the material on the Service (URL or description) and information reasonably sufficient to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Send DMCA notices to: support@mystery.markets (subject: "DMCA Notice"). We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Counter-notices may be submitted to the same address with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

For trademark concerns, contact us at the same address with "Trademark" in the subject and sufficient detail to identify the mark and infringing use.

8. User responsibility and indemnity

You agree that your use of the Service—including linking a Roblox account, completing purchases, and participating in in-game trades—is your decision. You will indemnify and hold harmless Mystery Market and its operators from claims arising from your violation of third-party terms, applicable law, or misuse of the Service, as further described in our Terms of Service.
