Answers to common questions about buying on Mystery Shop. For legal terms see Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
How delivery works
After payment is verified, our team delivers your item through an in-game trade in the relevant Roblox experience (Adopt Me, MM2, etc.). Delivery is coordinated by admins — not an instant automatic transfer. Open your order page to track progress, join the game when prompted, and confirm receipt on-site when the trade is complete. Typical fulfillment starts once payment clears, but timing depends on staff availability and your ability to accept the trade.
Payments
We support card (Stripe), wallet balance, Robux game passes, crypto, and Cash App where enabled. All charges are in USD unless noted. Wallet top-ups use Stripe. Micro-priced items can be paid from your account balance after topping up. If a payment method is unavailable at checkout, it may be disabled in your region or not yet configured for the shop.
What is a dispute?
A dispute means something went wrong with your order — for example you paid but did not receive the item, received the wrong item, or believe the delivery was incomplete. Opening a dispute flags the order for staff review and pauses normal fulfillment. Contact us with your order ID and details; do not charge back without contacting us first when possible. Disputes are reviewed case-by-case under our Refund Policy.
Verified sellers
Listings on Mystery Shop are sold and fulfilled by our authorized team — not random third-party sellers. Accounts in our admin team show a verified badge. Public users cannot list items for sale on this site.
