Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Mystery Shop (mystery.markets) may issue refunds for digital in-game item purchases. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Eligible situations

  • We cannot deliver the purchased item within a reasonable time and you cooperated with delivery.
  • Duplicate charge or verified payment error.
  • Item materially not as described on the listing at time of purchase.
  • Order cancelled by us before delivery.

Generally not refundable

  • Change of mind after successful in-game delivery you confirmed on-site.
  • Failure to join the game or respond to delivery within a reasonable time.
  • Roblox account bans, trade restrictions, or inventory limits on your side.
  • Chargebacks opened without contacting us first — may result in account restriction.

How to request a refund

Contact us via the Contact page with your order ID, Roblox username, payment method, and a short explanation. If you believe delivery failed, describe what happened so we can review fulfillment logs.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible (card, wallet balance, crypto, etc.). Timing depends on Stripe, your bank, or other processors. Robux game pass purchases may be handled as store credit or manual reversal at our discretion.
