Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using DROP Marketplace ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by an independent third party and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases. Users under 18 may only use the Service with verified parental consent.

3. Marketplace transactions

All trades for in-game items occur manually in Roblox experiences. DROP facilitates payment and coordinates delivery via Discord but does not guarantee item delivery. You acknowledge that third-party trading may violate Roblox Terms of Use and is undertaken at your own risk.

4. Redemption keys

Purchase keys are single-use, time-limited, and bound to your Discord and Roblox identities. Keys cannot be transferred, resold, or shared. Attempts to exploit the key system will result in order cancellation without refund.

5. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe, cryptocurrency, or Cash App. Refunds are issued at admin discretion for undelivered orders or verified disputes. Platform fees are non-refundable.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not scam, chargeback fraudulently, use automated tools to bypass security, or impersonate agents. Violations result in permanent bans.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. Roblox virtual items have no real-world value. DROP is not liable for account bans, item loss, or Roblox enforcement actions.

8. Roblox Terms

You must comply with Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards. By using this Service, you acknowledge Roblox is not responsible for your use of third-party platforms.
