Arcade Terms & Eligibility

1. Adults only (18+)

The Arcade is offered only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). You may not use the Arcade if you are under 18.

Access is gated by your self-certification that you meet the age requirement. We do not independently verify your age unless required by law or at our discretion. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that representation. Providing false information to access the Arcade is a material breach of these terms and may violate applicable law.

2. Not real-money gambling; virtual currency only

Arcade games use Roblox's virtual currency ("Robux") or demo balances for entertainment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Robux has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money from us or Roblox. The Arcade is not a licensed casino, sportsbook, or real-money gambling service.

Where local law treats simulated or virtual-currency wagering differently, you must not use the Arcade if such use is prohibited in your location. You are responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful.

3. Risk of loss

Arcade outcomes involve chance. You may lose some or all Robux or demo balance wagered. Past results do not predict future outcomes. A displayed "provably fair" mechanism is provided for transparency of game logic; it does not eliminate risk or guarantee profit.

Never wager Robux you cannot afford to lose. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, stop using the Arcade and seek help from qualified resources in your country.

4. Roblox platform rules

Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards may restrict gambling-like experiences or third-party Robux handling. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. You use the Arcade at your own risk regarding Roblox account enforcement, including warnings, suspensions, or loss of Robux.

5. Account linking & security

If you link a Roblox account, you authorize us to use session credentials solely to verify identity and Robux balance as described at link time. You must not share your password with others or use accounts you do not own. We may suspend Arcade access for fraud, abuse, or suspected underage use.

6. No warranties

The Arcade is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any particular outcome. House rules, odds, and features may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability & indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystery Market and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Arcade use, including lost Robux, lost profits, or account actions by Roblox or other platforms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mystery Market and its operators from claims arising from: (a) your false age representation; (b) your violation of this Addendum or applicable law; (c) your misuse of the Arcade; or (d) your violation of third-party terms (including Roblox).

8. Acceptance record

When you enter the Arcade, we record that you accepted version 2026-06-22 of this Addendum, together with a timestamp and, where available, account or session identifiers. We may require re-acceptance when these terms change.
