Use checkout on-site
Pay through the listing’s checkout flow (card, Robux, or other enabled methods). We never ask you to send Robux to a random user “as friends” outside checkout, and we never ask for your Roblox password.

Use the username checker if you are unsure of spelling. Delivery goes to the Roblox account you type — typos cannot be undone after a completed trade.

Guest buyers get a private order link; signed-in buyers use the dashboard. Join the game when staff are ready, complete the in-game trade, then confirm on the order page. Open a dispute from official support pages if something is wrong — do not share payment screenshots in random DMs.
